SKC is currently seeking a Recruiter to identify candidates in support of federal government contracts often requiring high-level security clearances.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with needs and requirements that could change daily.  The individual will conduct full life-cycle recruiting which includes determining hiring requirements, defining criteria for search, conducting interviews, assessing and ranking candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, checking references, negotiating salaries, and closing candidates.  Individual will also provide staffing metrics weekly or as requested utilizing an applicant tracking system.  The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring resume database integrity and consistency, and maintaining hiring records in compliance with government requirements.  Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. 

Candidate must be a citizen of the United States of America.  Active security clearance highly desired.  Candidate must have a minimum of two to five years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.  Must be a self-starter with excellent organization and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing recruiting efforts.
